Check-in for housing accomodations and registration for commuters begins at 7:30 a.m. on the first day of the student's three day school. The camp will dismiss on the last day of class at 7:00 p.m.
The school is scheduled for three full days of instruction. Our schools begin the first day with registration at 7:30 a.m. The 3-day course consists of 30 hours of instruction and supervised practice. The 2-day course consists of 20 hours of instruction and supervised practice. The school will dismiss at 7:00 p.m. on the last scheduled day of the school. We highly recommend students traveling any distance to stay on campus. We have evening classes and practice scheduled until 10:00 p.m. the first two days.
We are limiting the total enrollment of each class to 30, to insure a small pupil-instructor ratio. There is a lot to learn and by attending a three day school, students will have ample opportunity to reinforce skills learned and to practice those skills in a classroom, field, and stream setting.
The design of our school allows emphasis on knowledge and skill development while insuring each student meets the object of having fun!
Classroom instruction offers the latest audio-visual learning aids in a university setting. Access to a gymnasium, (in case of inclement weather) casting fields and a stocked trout stream are within a 5 minute walk of each other.
All campers will receive three all-you-can-eat meals daily. Resident and commuter camper's meals are included in camp registration fees.
Two students per room are housed in on-campus air conditioned apartments. We highly recommend students not living in Bradford to stay on campus, due to the long hours of instruction scheduled. Single or family housings are available for an additional fee. If you have a roommate preference please notify us when registering.
